Services include a 24-hour crisis phone line, crisis chat and text, family counseling, mobile crisis outreach, an emergency youth shelter and independent living support for young adults who have aged out of foster care.

The Access Center provides crisis care for people experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis that requires immediate attention.

We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.
